Learn to use the tools you require
Do a short course in the use of software such as:
- Excel (or whatever spreadsheet program you use)
- Word
- Project (Microsoft, Primavera etc)
- PowerPoint
- Access
Learn to touch type (this can dramatically increase your work efficiency)
