<p>This will mean that all printouts will show where the file was from, so people can easily see where to find it. This can save a lot of time searching for documents.</p>
<p>Of course this shouldn&#8217;t be necessary if your organisation has an automated document system. One in which each document created is automatically stored in the correct folder under the relevant project.</p>
