Learn to use the tools you require
Do a short course in the use of software such as:

  • Excel (or whatever spreadsheet program you use)
  • Word
  • Project (Microsoft, Primavera etc)
  • PowerPoint
  • Access

Learn to touch type (this can dramatically increase your work efficiency)
